We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders. Orders placed before 02:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day by First Class post, subject to stock availability and any security checks.

Orders placed before 01:00 pm Monday to Friday with this service will be delivered before 01:00pm the next working day. When ordering Special Delivery after 01:00pm the order will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 01:00pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Special Delivery is not guaranteed on a Saturday, although items are successfully delivered the majority of the time. Orders require a signature upon delivery.
